3 Step Rhythmic Breathing

 

3 Step Rhythmic Breathing (3SRB) is an ancient technique of breathing which calms the mind and brings total physical, emotional and mental health in our body-brain system. This technique has come from the Yogasutra of Sage Patanjali and for thousands of years was kept secret in the Guru-Shisya Parampara. Shri S. N. Tavaria , a Rishi of our present age, for the first time brought this technique out of the Guru-Shisya Parampara and taught it publicly to a group of his immediate students.
By practicing this technique it has been found that many physical diseases such as asthma, heart problems, diabetes, arthritis and digestive problems, have started healing , moving back to the path of recovery. Apart from the physical benefits, it leads to a state of deep meditation wherein a person can realize his own true divine nature.
