The best way to learn 3SRB is to attend a beginners’ session or contact a 3SRB practitioner near you. You could also request a Skype session with one of our volunteers. Once you’ve been personally trained, you can revise the exercises by watching the videos on this website.

Step 4 - ADVANCED SELF-OBSERVATION SESSIONS
